blue.ps Posted January 22, 2013 Share Posted January 22, 2013 เพิ่งหัดใช้ prestashop1.5.2 มีปัญหารบกวนถามดังนี้ค่ะ 1.ส่ง email ไม่ผ่าน แล้วตอน set email ได้ตั้งค่าดังนี้ เลือก ตั้งค่า smtp เอง smtp server : smtp.gmail.com user : [email protected] password : xx การเข้ารหัส : tls port : 465 เมื่อบันทึก save แล้ว ลองทดสอบส่งดู ก็ส่งไม่ผ่าน ขึ้น error ดังนั้ (การเข้ารหัสได้ลองเลือกทั้ง ssl และ tls) ไม่ผ่านเหมือนกัน "The SMTP connection failed to start [tls://smtp.gmail.com :587]: fsockopen returned Error Number 0 and Error String 'php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known'" 2.ราคาสินค้าที่แสดงในเว็บ มันเพี้ยน คือขึ้นดังนี้ " 2 800,00 ฿ " คือ เครื่องหมายคอมม่าแทนที่จะไปอยู๋หลังเลข 2 กลับมาอยู่หน้า 0 3. ได้ลอง download theme free ที่ support 1.5 แล้ว พอลองเลือกเปลี่ยน theme หน้าเว็บจะกลายเป็นหน้าว่างๆ ได้ลองมาหลาย theme แล้วค่ะ อยากรบกวนผู้รู้ ช่วยด้วยค่ะ เพราะได้ลองพยายามแก้แล้ว ก็ยังไม่ได้ค่ะ ขอบคุณมากค่ะ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
