Bill of Material Module Needed

I am looking for a solution to the following:

 

We are selling health remedies and have certain products mixed together to form a single remedy.

I would like to give my customer the opportunity to blend their own remedy.

 

So basically I am looking for a module where my customer can choose a few different items which will then be seen as only 1 product. Customer will only pay for the whole product and not the different ingredients.
