Shopping Cart not working

Hello,

This is my first time of using Prestashop, and I've having a hell of issues getting it to work.

The most current issue now is shopping Cart not working.

 

First, the carrier I specified would not appear for selection. That is, at the stage where u have to select the carrier to deliver the goods, only one carrier is available, even while I have added and enabled more carriers.

 

Second, after that stage, I will get Fatal error. Making it impossible to know if payment system is working or not.
