SOLVED - Shipping by weight - 2nd carrier if needed

I've set up 1 Flat rate Carrier for weight up to 15kilos.

 

I'd like to set up a 2nd carrier option if the weight of the items is 15 kilos.

 

Will the 2nd carrier (again flat rate) for the next 15 kilos be added ON TOP of the first rate ??

 

Or is there a better way of handling this method of shipping - any advice appreciated.

Update: Solved - I created a new carrier with the weight between 16-30kg with a different price. I also disabled the 1st carrier if the weight was over 15kilos... tested by added enough items to add up to more than 15kgs and the 2nd carrier showed up in the cart -- just the way I wanted it to....

 

Just posting this up if anyone else is wondering how to do this Sorry if this is known to many, but confusing to us newbies
