Recommended Posts

Hi,

When I place an order on my webshop, I get, as customer an email with an orderconfirmation.

Also I get one as reseller. But that mail is wrong. There come a random product extra on this

confitmation.

The total thas has to be paid is correct. But the first product shouldn't be there

Has anyone an idea what goes wrong?

Hello Smitty

I may know what the issue is. How many test orders did you've? If you did have some did you completely delete them before going live? If not then your customers will get emails like this and show extra products in their emails. It's almost like lets say you have 20 test orders and you start regular orders off at #1 those test will show in emails. There is more topics regarding this throughout the forums. I did no test on my sites before going live i fixed after customers said there was issues just so I wouldn't run into this problem. That is my guess as to your issue

Hope that will help

Clayton

Hi Claytton,

The customer get a good mail. But the shopowner get a wrong mail. There are too many products. Though the total of costs is correct.
