[SOLVED] Translation issue after move

I'm moving my 1.4.3 installation to another host and just noticed that "Powered by PS" is translated to "Drivs av PS", which in fact means "Is run by PS".

 

Aaanyways, so I tried to just remove the Swedish text in the translation, but when I click on Update Translations I get a white screen and the text "[an error occurred while processing this directive]"

 

I also tried to replace the text with another text, and to translate something else in the Modules section, and got the same error.

 

I have changed config.inc.php to show errors but no dice.

 

Translation of texts in the Front Office section worked fine.

 

Edit: Just tested and the translation of Modules works in my previous installation.

 

Any ideas?

Try adding this to the htaccess field in Tools tab > Generators:

 

php_value post_max_size "32M"
php_value max_input_vars 5000

 

You could also re-upload all the translation files and CHMOD them 777, but if that was the issue, you should have gotten an error, instead of a white screen.

Tried updating php.ini with those (should be the same, but affect all stores?), also tried uploading the file and chmod 777, but same problem.

What do you mean with files?

Changing php.ini works, I had made a typing mistake...
