Customer data privacy:hook positions?

Hi,

 

in my site (1.4.7.0) the Block customer data privacy is used only in the page authentication (link "subscribe"). It is not shown in the page "quick-order" (not in the form "Checkout as guest", not in the form "Create an account").

 

Is it correct?

 

I need the BC data privacy in the page "quick-order" and in contact form.

 

Is it possible to hook the BC data privacy in some other positions to resolve my problem?
