Tax Name Settings..

Hi All,

 

I'm pretty new to the forum and prestashop. Have been trying out prestashop for a week now evaluating it to move an existing ubercart site to prestashop. I would like to clarify on 2 things

 

1)

I have a unique need which i'm not sure how to configure and searching around has not been helping. heres what i'm looking to achieve

 

The taxes on a product are the same irrespective of where it is being shipped to however the name of the tax varies with the state it is being shipped to. So the final checkout screen and the invoice should display this tax name as per the invoice address.

 

2)

Are order numbers and invoice numbers the same. if so how to make them to be different. What i need is that - invoice numbers are generated only after a payment is received (after a bank transfer is actually credited) and that such invoice numbers are in order.

 

I hope someone can help me with these.
