"Shop Importer" Module Question

Hello all,

 

I just installed Prestashop yesterday and tried to import the database from OSCommerce to Prestashop but couldn't figure out some of the fields. I hope you can help me on this issue. My questions are:

 

1) Server field: What do I put here? The previous OSCommerce developer gave me the link to the OSCommerce admin page (www.mydomain.com/shop/admin) and username/password to log-in. The cart is hosted with Network Solutions. Please let me know how I can find out the info for this field.

 

2) User and Password field: Do I use the username and password to the admin page?

 

3) Database and Database prefix field: I received the CSV files and they are named as: products.xls, products_to_categories.xls, products_description, products_notifications etc.. I assume these are the database name. How do I input these names in these fields.
