Problem with gift wrapping

Hi everybody,

 

I have activated the gift-wrapping option in the back office.

But, when I check this option during the order, I don't have the information in the backoffice. I see that the customer doesn't want gift wrapping, as if he hadn't check the option.

 

I have tried to find answers, but ineffective...
