meccabooks Posted December 4, 2012 Share Posted December 4, 2012 I have recently started my prestashop , but i am unable to add or edit any products.today I did a complete fresh install on new server (1.5.2) and deleted demo products, but still having a blank page after clicking "add new" in the products section. (see attached screenshot). I have cleared my browser cache and even downloaded chrome, but blank page keeps coming up. Hope that anyone can help me out. Many thanks! Was such a simple fix too - feel like an idiot now lol I removed the prestashop from the url but was still using the prestashop in my admin url duh! now it's fine and dandy thanks to the help of Just Host my hosting provider :-) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
