Multistore with single database

Who want create 2 or more shops in multistore with single database or 2 separate prestashops with single database contact me with PM or with skype. I noticed a lot of people want it but don’t know how to do it.

yes but in basic settings you need 2 databases and not single and it´s hard to solve that trouble

No you need one database.

You should still be able to use the same database and back office for two separate domains unless you're selling different products under each domain.

Actually, you can have different root categories for the stores you have, so you can keep very different catalogues in each of the stores (you will only have to create a new category as "root" and assign it to the new site

 

And all with one db only of course
