When a client paid for his order, he paid not for the full amount ( 30$ over 50$ ), so the payment failed. The difference correspond exactly to one product price. The command have 5 products : Product 1 -> 5$ x 1 Product 2 -> 5$ x 1 Product 3 -> 20$ x 2 Total amount paid 30$, the command page tell me, that only 30$ over 50$ have been paid. How is it possible ? I have one message saying : Paiement No ******Warning : the secure key is empty, check your payment account before validation If i check the stock movement the command number is a 0 ( why ? ): **** ******************************** -2 Commande 0 -- I use the payment module CmCic 3.0.
