mohsart Posted November 26, 2012 Share Posted November 26, 2012 A couple of things regarding international orders... Will the customers be charged with the chosen currency or with the default? I have two reasons for this question: No matter how careful you are when entering rates, or use automatic updates, they are bound to be a little off from time to time. Perhaps not noticable for small amounts but surely for big orders. I had the idea to enter rates that are slightly infavourable for non default currencies to compensate for higher shipping costs and be able to provide free shipping without a loss (and also to stay safe from rapid rates changes without using automatic updates). When I think about it, even if the chosen currency is used, there may be the problem of the customers chosing the default currency to get a better price than what they "should" pay. And, this method is a little blunt. Not that this is a big issue, but perhaps there is a better way to accomplish what I'm trying to do?
