Both addresses should be the same either www.domain.com or domain.com try that and see if it makes a difference.

You may need to clear your browsers cache and the cache and compile folders found in cache/smarty do not delete any index.php files from these folders.

Now make sure you have cleared your caches turned force compile on and cache off, then go to SEO & URL's disasble Friendly URL's and save then enable Friendly URL's and save, this should force Prestashop to re-write your .htaccess file which I think is the culprit.

Take a look at the .htaccess file and see if it points to the same domain you have listed in your Shop domian.

In the front office you may need to force refresh of the pages Shift+F5.

Hi,

I have prestashop 1.4.9.0 website working properly. Now i bought and installed SSL to my apache server. However, I cannot enable SSL at BO. When I click "Please click here to use HTTPS protocole before enabling SSL" system turns http to https and gives error 107 (net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR)

Do i have to do another settings after SSL installed to server and before enabling it at BO.

Please Help

This error means you do not have a certificate or it is installed incorrectly or with the wrong domain.

I read several post saying that there certificate had a name of nobody and they needed to update the http.conf

However I also found several post about the browser being the possible issue read here.

If you're using Internet Explorer: At the top go to Tools then internet options then click on the tab that says Advanced. Scroll down through the list and you want to make sure that "Use SSL 3.0" is checked.

If you're using Firefox: At the top go to Tools, then Options. Then the tab that says Advanced. Click on the tab in the lower portion that says Encryption. Make sure "Use SSL 3.0" is selected.

If you're using Google Chrome: Uninstall and reinstall the newest version.
