Countries Missing at Checkout

Hi,

 

I've just setup my 1.4.9.0 shop in the UK which has been live since last week, but I've realised that some countries are missing from the drop down menu at checkout, despite them being listed within admin and enabled.

 

The countries that are missing have shipping carriers setup correctly and enabled. There's a handful that I can't see, but most notably is the 'United States' entry.

 

I can't seem to find any help articles or forum posts describing the same issue. Would anybody be able to give me any pointers on why this might be happening please?

There are several areas to check:

Shipping/ Countries make sure United States is enabled

Shipping/ Zones make sure North America is enabled

Shipping/ Carriers edit each carrier and make sure North America is enabled

Hi tdr,

 

All three of those are correct. US is enabled and is set to North America zone, the North America zone itself is enabled and the two relevant carriers are both checked for North America and enabled.

 

I'm very confused as to what could be causing this ...

Yes strange indeed without seeing your back office not sure I can help much more from here.

If you PM me your BO login info I could have a look and see if there is something that is missing.

Also post a link to your site so I can see the drop down list.
