I uptade my prestashop from 1.4.8.2 to 1.5.2.0 and I have the following error:

I read something about that, but I don't read any solution.

 

What can I do?

Error 28 is that you are already at the latest version. It usually happens when you try to upgrade again after the previous effort ended in a failure. You can check whether what is installed already works or can easily be repaired in some way. If that doesn't work you might need to go to your backups and try again from there.
