Hi,

First, uninstall the module "statsdata".

Then, execute the following queries:

TRUNCATE `ps_guest`;

TRUNCATE `ps_connections`;

TRUNCATE `ps_connections_source`;

TRUNCATE `ps_connections_page`;

ALTER TABLE `ps_guest` DROP INDEX `id_operating_system`;

ALTER TABLE `ps_guest` DROP INDEX `id_web_browser`;

Was just wondering which tables I can truncate to make db smaller - ever since a failed upgrade to 1.5.6.1 and then a rollback if I try to do db backup through Prestashop I get

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 524288000 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in classes/db/DbPDO.php on line 91

I've already increased memory_limit in php.ini

I can (& do) do nightly database backups through phpmyadmin and they work fine.

So thought I'd try to empty a few 'unnecessary' tables of data and see if makes a difference.  (either that or wait till 1.6 comes out and hope the upgrade works and sorts out whatevers wrong)

Hi,

I have the same problem; which are the tables you are truncate?

ps_connections

ps_guest

ps_pagenotfound

are very big;

and the backup from BO give me a fatal error.

Also if check the flag Ignore statistics tables the backup doesn't work.

Let me know.

thanks

angela
