Display parent category on product page

Hi,

 

I need to create a link to the parent category on my product pages with the thumbnail of this category (the category already has an image uploaded). The idea is to direct the visitor the rest of the products in the same category. The only option PS has is to show the manufacturer on the product page, but this is not what I need. (The categories tree or the breadcrumbs are not exactly what I want).

 

For example if I have these product pages: widget 1, widget 2, widget 3 etc. under the Widgets category, I'd like to display the category's thumbnail with a link to the category on each of the products pages and to tell the visitor: Click here for all products under "Widgets".
