How to add a Provide Support Live Chat HTML on wesite

Hi,

 

I need someone to help me add my provide support Live Chat support box on the prestashop website. I would appreciate if someone help me out with this. I was able to do so with my open cart website. It seems that prestashop is a cool but more complicated and expensive specially in integration of API codes.
