[solved] where is: "CART"

I'm looking to change some of the text on the cart to adapt it to our race registrations. I found the text "Check out" in blockcart.tpl, module blockcart, and changed it to "Complete Registration", but I can't find the text "CART" which is at the top of the cart block. It's a link. I've been asked by the race organizers to change it. Can anyone tell me where this text is located?
