Baaf Posted September 17, 2012 Share Posted September 17, 2012 (edited) Hi, I just updated to 1.5 and face this weird problem, when any product is added to the shopping cart it does show up on the cart but when we move away to another page or product or click the shopping cart to checkout the cart is empty!! This problem occurs only in firefox. Any help to solve this would be much appreciated. Every product i add, cleans the cart, then if i change page or go to checkout, cart is always empty. Any help is appreciated. I currently use firefox, but have tried also konqueror and the problem persists, this in ps 1.5.0.17 final. In ps 1.5.0.16svn all worked perfectly. kimy Posted September 23, 2012 Share Posted September 23, 2012 (edited) I have this problem aswell, if I add a product, the product added before that one disappears from cart. cart also seems to empty every time the site reloads. I'm getting this error with Firefox 15.0.1 and Prestashop 1.5.0.17. I haven't yet been able to recreate the problem with other than firefox based browsers.. It's not just the shopping cart, u can't log in.. Seems like FireFox forgets what you're doing... I tried to empty the cache of prestashop and also firefox as suggested by others in the forum but this didn't help. I un-installed and re-installed firefox and the cart is now working. kimy Posted September 24, 2012 Share Posted September 24, 2012 I think i solved the problem: uninstall and remove the "Cart Module". get the CartBlock from Prestashop 1.5 install.zip and install that module.
