Theme is different as a secured page

Hello all, my first post here. iI just moved from Zen Cart!

 

My problem. I customized my themes css page and my page won't refresh with my new images and colors. I have SSI, and when I view my page as https:// it displays as my updated theme, but when I view as http:// it's the old theme colors and images. I have cache off, and I checked in all the cache folders I could find and they are empty. Any ideas on what I need to do?
