problem image showcase

Hi all,

 

I'm doing a e-commerce site with Prestashop and I have a problem with this.

Basically when I post a product showcase displays only a brief description, price, and buttons at the end.

 

Instead the product image I uploaded but I do not show me appears a question mark. What is the problem? the images are jpg.

 

 

Who can help me?
