[Solved] Download link broken

When i try and download PrestaShop i get this appear: {"error":["Headers already sent or file not found"]}

Thanks, thats 1.4.8.2 anywhere i can find 1.4.8.3?

 

EDIT: Link does not work either as it pulls it from the same PS server.

For right now, I would stick to 1.4.8.2. A newer version is being released shortly, I am trying to find a place for you guys to download this, I apologize for the delay. Try this link, www.prestashop.com/en/download

Thanks razaro, lifesaver on the forum. I would probably stick with 1.4.8.3 for now. I believe a newer more stable version will be released soon.

v 1.4.8.3 has been available for download since 09/08/2012 from the default download link. If anyone is having problem then there is an issue with it and someone should look into it.

Thanks PhraseSpot, we are looking to release a newer version shortly. I will update my recommendation as the previous issue has already been looked into. It has been fixed and was localized to SimpleScript installs. v 1.4.8.3 is stable. Thanks for choosing PrestaShop!

Hi, I have tried to download from the prestashop website. The download seems to be working until you get to last last few kilobytes, then it hangs and doesn't complete the download. I am running Firefox 14.01 and Safari on a MAC OSX 10.6.8, tried both.

 

I have just downloaded the file from the Google link supplied above. As I have only briefly looked at Prestashop previously this download issue makes me a little nervous about deplying the system on a live project.

Tall Paul, hello and welcome to the PrestaShop forums. I'm not sure why you are getting the download error. I will look into this. As you have only briefly looked at PrestaShop, I would recommend researching much more into our software before deploying the system on a live project.
