Modul Attribute Tab

Ich benutze das Modul Attribute Tab. Jedoch habe ich ein Problem und weis keine Lösung dafür.

 

Ich habe 2 Tabs angelegt, einer davon ist Systeminfo.

Wenn ich die Informationen im Tab Systeminfo gespeichert habe wird mir alles richtig auf der Webseite angezeigt.

Jedoch wenn ich einen Artikel später nach bearbeite, löscht er mir alle Infos aus dem Systeminfo Tab raus.

 

Es handelt sich hierbei um ein gekauftes Modul.Ich habe versucht den Entwickler zu erreich, jedoch bekomme ich keine Antwort. Nun hocke ich auf dem Tab rum und fange damit nichts an!

 

Eine wichtige Information ist vielleicht auch, im 2 Tab habe ich eingestellt das die Informationen bei jeden Artikel gleich sind.Ich kann also den Tab nicht im Katalog bearbeiten, sondern muss in die Tab Einstellungen. Aus diesen Tab löscht er mir jedoch nicht die Informationen raus.

 

Hatt jemand eine Idee was ich machen oder testen könnte, damit ich den Fehler finde?

Kenne das Modul nicht. Von wo hast du es. Entwickler antworten grundsätzlich nur auf Fragen die in Englischer Sprache erfasst werden.
