umpierrm Posted July 8, 2012 Share Posted July 8, 2012 What code do I need to modify to change the "default category tree" at the admin product page to a "drop-down-list." I really prefer the drop-down-list because it will make it easier for the employee to place a product on the appropriate category or subcategory group, A drop-down-list will eliminate the option of mistakenly or intentionally placing a product in multiple categories and subcategories. I think you are looking for something different than me im want to change the categories tree at the back-office the once that appear when you are creating a new product not at the front office. For the front Office there are to much options. Yes $300 i think is too much too but i dont have more options. Let me know if you found something else. However, this is definitely a custom development assignment. PrestaShop does have Certified Freelancers who are perfect for these type of assignments.
