How to upgrade from 1.4.7.3 to 1.4.8.2

I want to upgrade from 1.4.7.3 to 1.4.8.2 , it seems I can't do the auto upgrade from the module, how to do manual upgrade, I can't find any guide for it.

 

Also does it worth to do if 1.4.7.3 working fine for me.
