hallo semua,

mau tanya neh pada saat customer selesai bertransaksi, pada tahap pembayaran terakhir saat klik next, muncul error seperti ini, kenapa ya

permasalahan serupa pernah dibahas dalam forum ini, sebaiknya search dulu sebelum new topic.
Error itu terjadi karena di module mailalerts belum ada file terjemahan bahasa indonesia, dummy solution nya kopi file 

/home/a5211089/public_html/modules/mailalerts/mails/en/productoutofstock.txt

tp ada lagi neh yg mau di tanyain.....

email yang di kirim cust. pada contact us ke kita kok hasilnya ngacak ya....kalau pilihannya du opsi antara txt dan formta html, sperti dibawah ini :

Anda pakai PrestaShop yang versi berapa?
Saya baru saja coba yang versi 1.2 Alpha 1 dan sudah test barusan menggunakan setting/metode dari Back Office, pilih: Keduanya (HTML dan Text), tidak ada masalah (isi e-mail tidak acak-acakan) ketika e-mailnya saya terima menggunakan email client Eudora.

Meskipun versi 1.2 Alpha 1 ini tidak direkomendasikan untuk web anda yang live/production, tapi dari catatan perubahan (ChangeLog) untuk versi ini, ada beberapa perbaikan yang terkait dengan fitur e-mail, yaitu:

[-] MO : fixed mail bug in referralprogram
[-] FO : now generate an invoice if order state send e-mail with PDF
[-] MO : Mailalert module code fix
[-] MO : Mailalerts module fixed (delivery & invoice state object added)
[-] MAILS : fixing encoding...
[-] MO : Translate subject for referral program congrats email
[-] Mail : UTF-8 charset fixed (utf8_encode removed)
[-] Mails : all files are now in UTF-8
[-] FO : Emails sent through the contact form have now the sender email as "Return-path"
[-] MO : Mail alert install confirmation fixed
[-] TR : Email translations improved



Kemungkinan salah satu atau beberapa dari perbaikan bug fitur e-mail di atas ini merupakan solusi terhadap masalah Anda, tapi saya belum bisa memastikannya (?). Semoga bermanfaat.

Gini aja. Coba install yang versi 1.2.0 Alpha 1 terpisah dari web Anda di web hosting tadi, hanya untuk mengetes apakah e-mailnya masih berantakan atau tidak.

Kalau iya, kemungkinan karena setting di server hostingnya.
Tapi kalau sudah tidak error lagi, kemungkinan karena sudah diperbaiki oleh PrestaShop Developer Team. ;-)
