specific product with custom price in cms page or other solutions?

Quick info:

 

Company that hired me to design their e commerce website wants some modifications.

 

The idea is that they are going to do few huge marketing campaigns with lots of affiliate networks.

 

they want a specific landing pages for specific products.

but the whole trick is about hiding those products from existing clients.

Products have to be accessible for normal, unregistered guest who will be redirected there through banners, pop ups, etc.

 

So my idea was to make a cms landing page but i have no idea how to post there a product.

 

2nd idea was to create a category - make category invisible for public and add there a product

and then write a specific tpl file - with a landing page. but I have no idea how to override the product.tpl in that case.

 

if anybody have an idea how to do it or they have any info about similar module
