how to get AJAX $invoice_company in payment module

Hi there, i want to make my bank account payment method so it only shows when the company-field in Invoice address is not empty...

 

i am half way there.

 

i can simply check in the TPL file if $invoice_company != ''

 

however this does not work 100% because of everything being Ajax updated (login, change address etc)

 

it only works when one reloads the page by pressing F5

 

can anyone tell me or point me in the direction on how i can make a check on this variable so it works with the AJAX method ?
