Fixed base price - how to give quantity discount?

Hey all,

 

I would like to apply quantity discounts to some of my products, but not in the fashion Prestashop's 'Pricing' tab allows me to.

 

Say I have a product (software) that has a fixed price, and when you buy more of them (i.e. more licenses), you get a discount on the additional licenses. The base price of the first item is supposed to stay the same.

 

I can not simply add an option in 'Pricing' tab for each amount of licenses and then apply a new average price. While this would work for a while, it gets unacceptable at the point where I want to sell 50 or more licenses.

 

I find it impossible to figure that out with the default PrestaShop capabilities.

 

Any help is appreciated, don't spam this post with "check my totally overpriced module", I won't buy it anyway.
