coverman Posted May 14, 2012 Share Posted May 14, 2012 Hi. I was facing a problem with overlapping in my front office with product pictures and text description but I solve it. Now I cannot see any images on my feature products. Only the link to the picture but thats not enough. Could someone help me? Never happened with prior versions. Heres the web site. Have you tried regenerating your thumbnails through the Back Office under Preferences > Images? coverman Posted May 14, 2012 Author Share Posted May 14, 2012 When I started adding products to the catalog. The images and the text was mixed up. I then correct the images size for the small, medium (and so on) following an adviser here in this forum. When I refreshed the page it was ok. No image and text mixed. Then I start adding another product and just happened ... no thumbnail at all. I dont know if I mess up with the image configuration... I was just thinking to reinstall the template (prestashop 1.5) but I am afraid to lose the translations and so on. Thanks Vitor Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Mike Kranzler Posted May 14, 2012 Share Posted May 14, 2012 Just 2 The last thing I would suggest you do is make sure you have regenerated your htaccess file through the Back Office under Tools > Generators, and then clear your browser's cache. If that doesn't work, I would recommend that you delete everything and start from scratch, as troubleshooting to try to identify the root cause of your issue could take longer than a clean install and re-adding those two products.
