machination
Hi, I have a web site here: www.redbarradio.net/store where the shipping price changes to $22 for some products in the store if the user is not logged in. This didn't happen when we first set up the store. Example of a product that does this. We're using USPS and USPS International, and calculating the shipping based on price ranges. If the above doesn't explain anything at all, I can provide more information. Basically I want the shipping to be the same whether or not you're logged in. Thanks. bellini13
you have gaps in your price ranges, it should be like.... 0 to 5.00 5.00 to 20.00 20.00 to 30.
machination
Thanks. I did some research here before and it was suggested that I add the extra 1 cent to the first amount in the range so that there aren't any overlaps when it comes to over and under specific amounts. I'm more concerned about where the $22 is coming from.
bellini13
if you have gaps in the ranges it will not work, that was a terrible suggestion. if you read the instructions for ranges, it says from is included, to is excluded. so if your range is 5 to 10, and your next range is 10.01 to 11, then you miss 10.00 completely, and then prestashop gets screwed up. you first need to fix the gaps, and then we can try to troubleshoot more
