Theme suitable for e-shop with furniture, clothes, jewelry, watches. Also the installation process is extremely easy, take a look at the video-tutorial.

The theme includes “New theme starter” module developed by Prestastyle.com. Thanks to this module, the whole process of installation is a question of a few minutes.

Highlights of the theme:

  • New theme starter module – fast setup
  • Slideshow and top menu controlled in the back office
  • ready for Prestashop 1.5
  • Tested for Firefox, Opera, Safari, Chrome and IE7+

And the best - it's free!

Hi Andrej,

Per the rules of this section of the PrestaShop forums, all modules and themes must include the files to download directly within the post, and cannot lead to an external download page.

I will go ahead and give you until this afternoon to edit your original post, at which point I will be forced to move it to the Paid section if you haven't complied.

Hi Andrej

Iam using your theme but having headaches with the display in Internet Explorer.....

When I open the site in IE 9 it looks 100% but with the older versions like IE 8, IE 7 and IE 6 its a total mess.... I have tried to fix it and also tried to find a solution on google but eish.... no luck,

Any ideas from your side please...

Hi Juanv,

your problem is fixed in the latest release.

Please download the theme again from the website and then:

replace this file:

modules/homefeatured2prestastylecs/homefeatured.tpl

go to your backoffice > preferences > performace, turn on "Force compile"

Reload the homepage

Switch off "Force compile"

That should do the trick ;)

Hello there,

Thanks for this awesome theme ! It's a perfect base for the design I have in mind for my shop

However, I'm facing a few troubles :

- The top horizontal menu appears organised in colum instead of line,

- The slider doesn't display

- The theme can't display more than 4 items on the homepage, even if module is set on 5 items in BO.

Both of them are enabled in BO and their respective folders can be found in the "modules" folder, but it seems that they are somehow not "linked" to their css files :(.

As an example, when I use firebug on a link of the top menu I can see that the css attributes from ''global.css'' are the only ones applied.

But, according to the live preview, this element is also supposed to be linked to "superfish-modified.css" file (which is actually available in my folder : www\modules\blocktopmenu2prestastylecs\css

Same problem with the slider on homepage : module is installed, css files are available, but they are not bound together.

Please help me, I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong

I've tried to uninstall the theme and reinstall it. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall Prestashop + reinstall the theme but it didn't fix anything.

Thanks to anyone who might give an help to a fellow JS beginner

I love this theme! But right now it gives me a headache...

I can open the products that is displayed on frontpage, but when I go into a product category I cannot open up the product. When I hover over the product with the mouse nothing happens. Anyone know why this happens and how can I correct it?

EDIT to add:

When I do a test order I only receive the english version of all the emails, but it should all be in swedish. I have made changes in the email templates but it seems like it doesn't use those templates at all. Where do I go wrong? Never mind about this question. I had edited the wrong templates...

Many thanks in advance for your help!

Hi,

I tried installing this on a fresh Prestashop 1.5.0.15 install and it results in errors and a completely white front office. I tried it with install filled with demo products and an install without; same result. Oh, and that themestarter thingy also spits out some errors about hooks not existing.

I know this theme is called clean and simple, but I didn't think a completely white shop would be the result ;p

See https://docs.google.com/open?id=0BwqVE5tRiCQnOTNuN1pLU0RMMnc for screenies.

Hi, thanks so much for this theme, I don't quite like the hover over effect on the featured products though, as it makes it non user friendly as you can't click anywhere on the block to view product you have to find the text to click on, is there anyway to remove this hover over feature or make it so you can click anywhere to view the product.

Hello and thanks for this wonderful theme.

I have prestashop 1.4.8.2 and the old Clean&Simple theme. It is all configured and translated, everything works fine. Now, I am thinking on upgradind to presta 1.5 and C&S 2, but I don't want to do all the configs once again, it's been a pain in the arse.. so, is there a way I can keep everything but upgrade both prestashop and the C&S theme?

Thanks.

First of all - thank you for that theme!!! It's beautiful!!!

But I have a proble with the pisces slider. I cannot add a third slide. When I press the "Add a new item" button, the button just disappears.

Do you know this problem? What can I do?

Hi and sorry for bumping this old thread!

I've been using this theme since 2010 for one of my websites, but it's time for me to update it.

Is there a new version of this theme with responsive capability?

Thank you
