Hi , i do not understand how can i add this code to prestashop , i tried a lot of things to do but it is not working.... the code is "

Hi, can anyone tell me how to indicate to the buyer that paying by paypal also means they can pay by credit card? We used to offer "offline credit card" payment but now we would prefer to just have the buyer use paypal to use their paypal account or to use a credit card. I know this sounds like a bit of a dumb question, but I have been trying for days to figure this out and cannot.

however ... you can do that for instance modifying the module/paypal/standard/paypal.tpl file : 

{l s='Pay with PayPal' mod='paypal'}

 

by

 

{l s='Pay with PayPal : use your paypal accout or your Credit card (CB, VISA, MASTERCARD, ...)' mod='paypal'}

First of all, the code contains invalid characters:© , so delete both of them

Second: function should be followed by (), so where the first © was put ()

 

And it will work.

 

This looks like prestashop forum problem only - in zopim text code the invalid character is "( c )" [without spaces] in forum "©".

 

I put the code in footer.tpl file before </body> and it is not working + it destroyed the design of site.
