Followed topics're not updating/missing followed topics

I have in my profile 'Auto follow topics I reply to' checked and this worked (for the most part) until recently; Usually My Profile > Find Content lists all followed (replied) topics. In the last few days, this list started updating spuriously and some replied topics are missing from the list, e.g. this thread I replied to yesterday (and some others) does not appear in the list.

 

In addition, the list, sorted by last update time/descending does not always sorts it as such. Sometimes on 5th page of the list I find a recently replied post so unless one looks through every page it is easy to miss an updated topic one follows.

 

Also, not all updated and yet unread topics are marked as such (darker speech bubble indicator). For example this thread updated on 10th of March but it did not show as updated/unread until today.

 

Please fix.

Great thanks. Here is another example. This very topic is missing from the list although it is a topic I started and it has been a while since I created it.
