i can't send mail in contact-form of prestashop.

Hi,

if you have set third party email ID in prestashop backoffice (Back Office >> Preferences >> Contact > Shop e-mail option) then you will have to set your email ID that is hosted on your domain or provided by your hosting provider. ( e.g. if your site name is example.com the you can set [email protected] in the above mentioned page.

and set mail type to PHP mail() function in (Back Office >> Preferences >> Email) ( I tried this)

this is not to be confused with administrator email which can be different from this.
this is how i solved my problem.
