That means nothing can be done to resolve the concern :o

If your hosting provider doesn't let you change these settings, you cannot modify it.

 

But, I need to insist on the fact it is not a big problem : having no expires on JS files is not a good thing, but it will not make very slower your website.

When you Analyzing your store URL with gtmetrix, it will help to get information about Expires headers in YSlow section.
