How to change module colours

Recommended Posts

Good morning all, just a quick question from a complete newbie to css etc.

I am using ps 1.4.7.0 and was wondering how I can change the module/block colours to something a little bit more colourful.

I wish to change:

Category, Specials, Tags, Newsletter, Cart etc

Is this able to be done in one file?

I hope someone can point me in the right direction

Yours

Paul

You can go to yourtheme/css/modules Then go to the file that you want to edit - example: blocknewsletter/css

As far as I know, you will need to edit the css in each module individually.

I'm not a coder, but I edited the new theme in PS 1.4.7 in this manner. You can look at the site I am building, if you like. I made all of the changes with the css files.

Good Luck!

It's not like this in 1.5.2.. Some module have their own css file but some others like manufacturers, contact us and so on are being controlled by one specific file that I want to edit but don't remember which one.. :'( I made it in the past (in 1.5.2) this way, so I know what I am talking about ;)
