Problem with manufacturers block

Hello:

 

When I add more than thirteen manufacturers the block gets corrupt (see pic). The more manufacturers the more it gets corrupted. If I add fourteen it onlu afects the first one and so on. I've changed the number of manufacturers to show to no avail. I'm using version 1.4.1.0.

 

Any advice?.
