What is Agile Paypal Adaptive Payment module?
This is a PrestaShop Paypal payment module that handle 1 payer to multipler receivers paymentsin a transaction. By using this module, you are able to easily process your online payments among customer, sellers and the multiple seller store owner(or market place) in very flexible way.

Compatible: PrestaShop 1.6x - Support Responsive theme

(for lower version of PrestaShop 1.5x/1,4x, please contact us)

This module has been integrated into Agile Multiple Seller module/Agile Seller Commissions module - release 2012.02.25 or after

It also could be customized for any any purpose to use it as normal payment module.

Features of module

  • It supports normal simple payment, 1 sender 1 receiver scenario. For example customer pay to store, or customer pay to seller directly.
  • It supports parallel payments. 1 sender and multiple receivers scenario. Customer pay the order and money goes to store(commissions) and sellers directly(automatically deduct commissions).
  • It supports chained payments. Customer pays store and store pays to sellers at one big transaction. By this way, you can hide payments between store and seller from customers. Customer does not know the payments between store and sellers.
  • It automatically integrated with Agile PretaShop seller commission module. It will automatically calculate payment amount in considering of seller commissions in different scenario.

@Mario168

Can you give a simple guide to enable/use the Paypal adaptive payment module?

The installation instruction install_en.txt is included in the package.

The installation is pretty easy from back office. there is no any PrestaShop file modified, just click and install it.

For configuration, please read instruction on module configuration screen.

But make sure seller has set Paypal email address correctly.

Thanks for your feedback.

Invalid seller payment information

It means that you have not configured the module correctly.

Or you have not set the seller's Paypal email correctly.

To set seller account Paypal email address, you can

1. Log in as seller and add Paypal account address at front store Payment Info tab

2. Log in as admin and add seller's account address at back office Seller Payment Info tab

1. We are retiring this module, but instead we have a newer module Agile Paypal Parallel module. This new module  Paypal Parallel is using Paypay latest API and do all the same thing except chained payment.  You can find more detailed information here for this newer module.

http://addons-modules.com/store/en/multiple-sellervendor/72-agile-prestashop-paypal-parallel-payment-module.html

2. The payment module does not do the amount split, it calls Agile Seller Commission module to retrieve the payment amounts for each recipients (sellers or store owner), Seller Commission module will handle amount calculation and commission configuration. With this module you are able to set

A. seller commission at order (transaction level), fixed amount:  $X/order

B. seller seller commission at percentage of total order amount:  Y% of the order

C and you can also user  the combination of above

Further more, you can set different permission rates at seller level.

for more information about seller commission module, please visit here

hope this information help you clarify your questions.  feel free to let me know if you have further questions.
