Moneybookers validation problem

Hi,

 

I registered my company in the Moneybookers.com, validated my e-mail adress.

I sign in for MB.com, but I dont seen a "Merchant Tools" menu options.

 

Please tell my whats wrong?

Hello eetshop,

 

It could be a question of time. When did you open your Moneybookers account? It can take until 48hours before you can see this merchant tools menu options.

Can you give me your customer ID or sign up email address in a private message so I can check that.

I think it will be a problem, because I m registered about a 24 hours ago.

I will waiting a one day if the problem is not fixed, I send you a private massage.

Sir

I'm old account holder of moneybookers I have reinstall moneybookers module because it not worked proper for example not generate order invoice in BO .

Now it not validated my emmail ID after installation my Prestashop version is 1.5.3.1

Problème au niveau du module 1.6.4 car j'ai testé une version anglaise du module et fonctionne correctement et en version 2.0

Hi,

 

Exactly the same problem as "Online Sports Shop", i don't see any solution coming from Skrill for quite some time. Now checking other payment gateways. I'm fed up with the support of Skrill and the good thing is i will get my 'reserve' back.
