just ordering shop... could it be?

Hi:

 

I've been testing prestashop and I decided developing my website using it. Of course I need to customize it to have it functioning as I need. The thing is that I need some changes to make it and found here some information, but I guess I need lot more. I'll try to explain:

 

1. Just ordering shop (customers pays at store when picking finished products).

2. Instead of shipping adress the customer selects store to pick up ordered products.

3. Of course, no shipping, no paying.

 

One thing I've thought without many script changes is to use the different stores as categories and products linked to them, so customers browse categories (stores) and after that selects the product, but I guess it's not the proper solution, just a bypass.

 

As you guys are a loooooot of more brained than me... can you suggest me any documentation or ideas to get it to work as I need?
