Issues with modules and hooks after upgrade to 1.4.5.1

Hi

 

I manually upgraded a shop for a customer from version 1.4.3 (I believe it was) to PS 1.4.5.1. At first everything seemed fine, however I have just realised that everything isn't fine at all.

 

When I look in Modules in BO, the modules I expect to be activated have a green tick indicating that they are activated. If I click "Configure" on any activated module, it says "Module uninstalled" and the green tick is still there - thus I cannot configure, install or uninstall any modules. When I look under Positions the list is empty, although the modules that were active before the upgrade are shown in the shop (except one).

 

I installed the Upgrade module after the upgrade, and I can see that this has a rollback option. Will this work, when I upgraded the shop manually?

 

Any suggestions about the mistakes with the modules?
