For users who know how to program modules. A doubt.

Hello all and first of all thank you to read this message:

 

I have a doubt about of the modules. I have a menu module, that I want to duplicate. I changed all references to Prestashop know is a different module to the other, but this does not work.

I upload to FTP this module, I login as Administrator, go to the Modules section and not shows me the list of modules.

 

If i deleted from the FTP this module, Prestashop load the list of modules. So I understand that Prestashop, found a problem to load the list of modules that I have installed.

 

The only thing that could be causing problems are the language files, which have a hexadecimal string, which may be conflicting with the module that i want to duplicate.

Does anyone know if this string needs to change when we double a Module. If the answer is yes, this string is created at random or calculated in any way?.
