kipper777 Posted September 29, 2011 Share Posted September 29, 2011 On my site, when you add a product, you can select size, color and Island. http://cutlassandcane.com/shopping/product.php?id_product=41 When I look at the product in the order, in the cart, you can't see the which island or what size was selected. Even in the back end in the order section. All I know is it is back, I need to know the size and island selected which was set up as Groups and Attributes. tomerg3 Posted October 2, 2011 Share Posted October 2, 2011 You did not enter the combinations correctly. Each combination MUST contain 1 attribute from each group. Try using the combination generator (top of the combination tab in the product editor), it will create them properly. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have used the Generator and the cart shows correctly but no attributes appear in the Back office/ Customers/ Shopping Cart. Any ideas why or what to do?
