Group access check box

Hi

 

We are using version 1.3.1.1:

 

When in the "back office", we make any changes to a carrier then I save, I lose access to groups and no box checked under "group access and ... in the frontend these carriers are no longer available.

 

From one of the forum i notices the table carrier_group is not updating accordingly, if make the changes manually to the table the check box is selected.

 

Please help what can be the problem. We installed local server, test server facing same problem every where.
