Carrier not showing at checkout time

Hi ;

 

I am using prestashop 1.3.1 and also using the fedex module. I want to make a new ps carrier for each zone for the product weight more than 150 LB to 1500 LB.

• I created the carrier and weight ranges but at the purchase or check out time carriers are not showing.
