Recommended Posts

Helo,

Realy need help on this one!!!!

I have problem with images URL from one of my suppliers.

He uses https and PEM authorisation (wich works ok when i normaly type url and popup shows to imput data) and when i use products import tool in BO then i just have his URL in my .csv file and it wont download his pictures.

Anyone know how to resolve this?

The import function used a direct way to download images. So if there is any authorization it will fail. Get your supplier to make a mirror with images that are available as http and no authorization. Or download all images by yourself and upload them on your server.

Alow url fopen = on, CHMOD for img dir 777 (for all subdirs)

and with https I cant help u :/

But, my advice: Download photos / images from the server through the program Picture Ripper 4. With this program you can download all image files to your computer from his server, then copy the files to your FTP server into a folder for import. Csv file for importing set the URL to your server to the dir of imports images used. If it is a one-time import, should you do to help.
